No one can do everything, but everyone can do something. That’s why Lanetalk has decided to partner with the BCRF to give the warm and engaged bowling community a chance to be involved in our worldwide cancer research fund raiser – Bowl for Hope.
There is no cost for bowlers to join Bowl for Hope, but for every participant in the event, Lanetalk will donate $1 to BCRF and critical cancer research. Lanetalk is guaranteeing a minimum $10,000 donation, but the bowling community usually steps up for people in need, so we’re pretty sure that we will reach $20,000 (maximum donation).
Bowl for Hope is open to everyone, regardless of skill level. You join Bowl for Hope by registering a game in the Lanetalk app when you’re bowling at a Lanetalk-connected bowling center.
“We believe that Bowl for Hope will be the biggest bowling event ever, and hope that it will become an annual event. This is a win win – it’s a fantastic free event where you get the chance to play against bowlers from all over the world, and no matter what score you get you’ll contribute to critical research and help people affected by cancer.” says Roberth Risberg Strindholm CEO, Lanetalk.
Bowlers of all skill levels are welcome to submit their scores starting on October 1st to October 31st. Each bowler can make unlimited attempts to submit their best 1-game score. It’s free to join the event and Lanetalk will donate 1$ for each participant during the qualification round. After October 31st, the 25% top scores move on to the final round, Nov 2nd to Nov 8th. The bowlers will have 7 days to get the highest game score to get in the top 10 position for each division (Men and Women). The top 20 bowlers with the highest game score will win 1 Bowl For Hope bowling jersey.
It’s free to join and bowlers on All skill levels are welcome to participate.
